It’s nice stay for a few nights

The view from the room to the ocean, breakfast, location

The room facilities - no fridge, no kettle, no bathrobes for spa (we got initially room which had connection to the other room so we were hearing neighbours like they were in our room. So we asked to change the room and got a room for disabled people hence we didn’t have any equipment that we had in our first room. Also, spa was disappointing-it was super hot, only one sauna out of 2 was working. The water in the pool was too hot, not worthy paying extra to go to the spa

Was OK. Staff lovely, but needs updating

Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Dinner was OK. But it was the rooms and spa which was a bit disappointing. Definitely ready for an update. Furniture in rooms very dated and scratched. Just needs to be updated for the price.

Spa!! The steam room did not work properly. And the pool was cold not enjoyable when your wanting to sit in a nice hot jacuzzi and it's cold. And making people wear those plastic hats was not good. Been to many spas and never had to do that. Stupid. And looked more like a swimming baths than a spa

good reception Big bright room. Extremely nice cleaner. lovely view.

parking was a little tricky with electric door and no attendant so had to walk down long ramp etc. Breakfast was good but coffee served at table instead of long queue for machine would have been better. Croissant choice ran out early. Spa was underwhelming though appreciated. Welcome and communication at Spa was a bit lacking.

Good location, big reception, loved the thermal suite. We enjoyed the balcony too and the breakfast.

Food, we had dinner included and the dinner was cold and not that nice. We didn't go to it on the last day. We would have preferred to have checked out the local restaurants than getting dinner included. The breakfast was good but it would be nice to have berries with the pancakes and maple syrup rather than chocolate and caramel sauces. The rooms were a bit dated and although the bathroom was nice, the grout was really dirty and brown. The hotel has a luxurious feel to it with the spa, thermal suite, pools, large reception and breakfast but the choice of soft furnishings, level of cleanliness, and food could be better.

Good hotel with a beautiful view

Amazing ocean view. Decent breakfast. Good SPA facilities. Good location away from Los Cristianos in a nice town. Rooms are in good state, too. Not perfect but okay. Staff super helpful and nice

No extractor fan in the bathroom/toilet. If you are planning to have a massage, I recommend booking it well in advance. It gets super busy ever off season

The hotel is beautiful the pool it was nice the location as well but because of the parking I will not go there anymo

Location is good and the breakfast was perfect

Unfortunately when I search for a place with parking show this hotel but I there as a lie because you need to book to to have a parking and you should pay 15€ per day but just if have spot , I come around of 15:30 no spot anymore I didn’t no nothing about the pay parking any way I park my car far and walk with have luggage around of 25 min in the sun .

Dirty rooms even for a short stay

Location is perfect, near the ocean and city center. Food was also nice and tasty. Personel was nice to chat with. Pool was nice and unexpectedly deep.

No free water for dinner, rooms not to clean and very aged. A lot of room equipment is very cheap and looks dated. Towels were with holes, blanket is without cover, just as a sandwitch between two bed sheets. Pillow cover had some black mold or some other black contamination on it. There was even chewing gum glued to the TV remote.

The hotel was in the city centre surrounded by other tall hotels and buildings which can lead to horrible views. However, the hotel is very high and thus can also have great views. I loved the breakfast. Tones of stuff to choose from.

Great, but book your parking in advance.

Good hotel, close to front, food was wonderful, dinner and breakfast were super. Nice views from patio near reception.

I booked this as it said it had parking but when we got there there was no parking spaces left, We were told it needed to be booked in advance, I probably would not of booked if this was the case, I think this should be stated on the booking sites, as a gentleman booking in at the same time had the same problem. Very difficult to park in the area also. Something to think about if you are thinking of booking this hotel.

Great stay with amazing location

Great value for money, location was spot on near the beach and to the local amenities. Staff where really lovely and accommodating. Food was really tasty with breakfast particularly having a wide variety of options.

It would have been nice to have more vegetarian options as part of the evening meal but it wasn’t a big problem.
